Cultivating a joyful mind is the key to lasting happiness in later life. Positive psychology emphasizes strengths, gratitude, and optimism, while mindfulness enhances present-moment awareness and emotional regulation. By integrating these two approaches, seniors can enhance their well-being, reduce stress, strengthen their relationships, and cultivate a fulfilling and meaningful life. This talk will explore how positive psychology and mindfulness exercises empower seniors to cultivate joy, develop resilience, and enhance psychological well-being and happiness.
