Yuki is an experienced stretching exercise trainer with over 13 years of teaching experience. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and body movement. Yuki not only instructs on the techniques of stretching exercises but also emphasizes their importance for overall physical health. Her teaching approach helps students understand their own bodies and alleviate physical pain through stretching. Yuki continues to learn and evolve, ensuring that her teaching methods stay up-to-date.
長年累月使用除草機、鏟雪機等產生腰痛及肩膊勞損;工作時更需要⻑期站立,容易形成頑固痛症,而肩、頸、腰、臀、膝等痛楚則最普遍。本工作坊將講述五常痛的成因,並介紹舒緩方法及肌肉伸展動作。
工作坊重點:
深層肌肉伸展有效刺激迷走神經,有助改善情緒恢復,改善睡眠質素。
全幅度中强度伸展有利血液循環,肌肉代謝回復正常,減少缺氧問題。
針對性部位的伸展動作,有效改變過緊的筋肌,回復關節穩定性,減少關節痛症。
